WorldsView Moments – January 2025

We hit the ground running this year!

Once again, we are partnering with our long-term client, ABSA, focusing on four teams to set them up for a productive and impactful 2025. The ultimate goal is to help them become healthier and more productive teams.

We are also thrilled to be working with Baker Baynes, supporting seven teams on their journey toward becoming more effective in a healthy way!

For both these clients we are currently busy with Enneagram debriefs, where individual team members get to ‘look in the mirror’ as one delegate described in awe. These sessions help them explore their leadership styles, preferences, triggers, work styles, and areas for growth. These conversations are eye-opening and empowering, offering a deeper understanding of themselves and their motivations.

Next we create team reports offering rich insights about how they function as a collective. These reports highlight strengths, flag potential challenges, and spotlight areas to focus on for growth, all with the aim of helping the teams align to their purpose.

What better way to kick off the year than with clarity, connection, and a shared sense of direction? We’re excited to see where these teams go from here!

The cult of leadership – overblown or undercooked?

29 January 2025 | 09h00 – 10h30 (GMT+2)

We are kicking off this year by asking a question that we’ve been grappling with over the past few months. Are organisations over-investing in leadership development? It is not a comfortable question, because we ‘do’ leadership development and now we are asking whether it is overcooked!

We believe in ensuring the work we do delivers real value for our clients—in alignment with our credo we are committed to meaningful impact and a measurable return on investment for our clients. This discussion is an opportunity to challenge ourselves and reflect deeply on what leadership development should look like in the future.

We hope you will join us on the 29th of January for our first OD Café of the year where we will explore this topic!
