The world’s leading organisations are increasingly focusing on employee experience (EX). The fundamental belief is that EX sits at the heart of delivering an exceptional customer experience and, in theory at least, superior financial performance.
But to date we’ve lacked a robust employee experience definition, or any reliable research to identify how employee experience influences organisational performance. So, we set out to do two things: first, develop an employee experience model based on research, which identifies the factors that matter the most; and second, establish whether a good employee experience can predict good business performance. The result: The Employee Engagement and Experience Certification.

This is a first of its kind professional qualification for Leaders, Managers and HR professionals across Engagement and Employee Experience taking you through the latest theory, empirical research and best practice derived from 1000s of case studies based on over 50 years’ experience in this field.
You will learn how to run an Engagement/Listening programme, from annual survey to continuous listening pulse surveys. You will learn how to build stakeholder engagement, drive communications and activate the organisation. Specifically, you will learn how to:
The certification programme is practical and experiential, with fieldwork assignments between workshops – culminating in a presentation during Workshop 5. The workshops will be hosted virtually via Zoom, and all training material will be provided.
