This qualification signifies that the student has attained a basic level of higher education knowledge and competence in the theory and principles of Organisational Development and Organisational Change, and is capable of applying such knowledge and competence in an occupation or role in the workplace.

The Higher Certificate in Organisation Development and Change is a one-year certificate comprised of 8 modules. Each module requires that students attend a face-to-face interactive facilitated class (two to five days depending on the module), as well as complete pre-work. Classes are scheduled in 8 blocks of study at different intervals during the academic year, 2-5 days at a time. Currently classes will be presented on-line until further notice.
Each module comprises of a practical assignment post class participation which the student must pass to sit for the final exam in each module.
