Personal Strategic Mastery Program

Strengthen Your Strategic Thinking & Leadership Impact

A program designed to align personal leadership styles with organisational goals.

Strategising is a complex process that often exposes the dynamics of individual personalities, history, and structures within an organisation.

The Personal Strategic Mastery program equips executives and managers with the insights and tools needed to align their personal strategic styles with the organisation’s needs. Using the Enneagram to explore individual and team dynamics, Mintzberg’s organisational forms and forces to contextualise structural influences, and organisational history to reflect on past successes and failures, participants gain a comprehensive understanding of their role in strategy formation. This unique program sharpens both individual and collective strategic capabilities, preparing teams for a future grounded in reflection and growth.

Format: 4 x 4-hour modules (Hybrid/Face-to-Face)

Cohort: 6–15 participants

  • Deeper cooperation in visioning, strategising, and organisational design processes.
  • Improved decision-making through understanding past strategic efforts and current structural dynamics.
