Liezel van Arkel

Partner

Liezel completed an undergraduate degree in law at the University of Pretoria in 1995, and an MBA through Edinburgh Business School (Cum Laude) in 2010.  She founded and ran her own retail business for 11 years. After selling that business in 2011, Liezel started a new career with WorldsView Academy.

 

Initially leading the consulting division, she became a shareholder and served as CEO from 2016-2025. Now in a senior partner role, Liezel brings a broad and practical understanding of entrepreneurialism, intrepreneurialism, and contemporary business issues to her work. 

 

Liezel’s passion for everything Organisation Development is evident in her work, and she believes her strongest talent lies in working with groups, especially team and leadership development. She has worked on many consulting and development projects in many different industries including financial institutions, hospitality, FMCG and Higher Education. 

 

Areas of interest include Organisational Culture, the Enneagram, Business Acumen, Business Partnering, Management, Leadership and Team Development.  

Mbali Masinga

Partner

Mbali’s passion for Organisational Development sparked while studying Industrial Psychology at the University of the Free State. After gaining experience in HR, she noticed a critical gap in OD capability within organisations and pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in OD through UNISA. Since then, she has been part of designing and facilitating leadership and team development programmes across sectors including finance, FMCG, and higher education. 

 

Her work is grounded in the belief that organisational effectiveness is achieved through people and she excels at creating spaces where individuals connect, collaborate, and thrive, enabling organisations to perform at their best. She is passionate about building workplaces where people feel valued, energised, and committed. 

 

Her interests include Organisational Culture, Enneagram, Leadership Development, Team Development and Employee Engagement. 

Craig Yeatman

Partner

Craig came to the Organisation Design and Development profession in 2004 as an entrepreneur with a love for organisational theory. He is a founder or co-founder of several organisations.

 

Craig has advised or supported South African and international clients, having lived and/or worked in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, Kenya, Cameroon, Mauritius, Zimbabwe, Egypt, Dubai, Australia, England.

 

He co-designed WorldsView Academy’s Nine Conversations in Leadership™ and Purposeful Teams interventions and was on the Academy for Organisational Change design team for the Higher Certificate in Organisation Development.

 

Craig has studied or been taught OD processes in South Africa, and in America – learning from Dr. Lisa Kimball, Dr. Naomi Stanford, Dr. Shirley Knobel, Dr. Ngao Motsei, David Snowden, Dr. Louise van Rhyn, the Berlin Open Space Consortium, Chantelle Wyley, Liora Gross, Benjamin Zander, Peter Block, Wits Business School, Insead and other professionals or institutions. He holds an MBA (Cum Laude) from Wits Business School.

 

Areas of interest include Organisational Strategy; Organisational Design; Organisational Change; Management, Leadership and Team Development.

Richard Taylor

Administrator

Richard provides key support across client interactions, co-ordinating communications and linking all stakeholders with the systems, materials and support needed while interacting with Worldsview Academy programmes.

 

He has a keen eye for details that keep processes running smoothly and relishes the opportunity to resolve any challenges that may be encountered by using his decade long experience in the Organisation Development space.
