Each team member completes a personalised Enneagram profile, uncovering key behavioural patterns and motivations.

 

2. Individual Debriefs

3. Team Workshop

A half-day facilitated session to explore team dynamics, build trust, share insights, and align on action.

 

4. Optional Follow-Up Sessions
